Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

At Dadio, we are deeply committed to protecting the safety of minors and children on our platform and adopt a zero-tolerance approach to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We strictly prohibit content involving child nudity, sexual abuse and exploitation, including content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children, on our platform. Any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos, GIFs and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually-explicit conduct is strictly prohibited, irrespective of the motive or intent of the user.

Users even in their conversations with other users are expected to strictly adhere to these guidelines and refrain from sharing any material or third-party links to any material which in any manner or to any extent depicts child/children (including user’s own childhood photos/videos as well as that of any other child whether real or fictional) in any sexually explicit state/manner including in a state of partial or complete nudity. Any discussion of sexually explicit conduct involving a child is also prohibited. Using Dadio’s platform to upload, store, share or to entice anyone to upload, store, share any sexually explicit content involving a child is prohibited. Our users must meet the minimum age requirements to use Dadio, as stipulated in our Terms of Use and this Policy must be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use, accessible at https://www.dadio.in/terms-of-use.html and Privacy Policy, available at https://dadio.in/privacy-policy.html.

All content, including but not limited to, content that is uploaded/ posted by a user or shared by a user with another on our platform must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards concerning the prevention of CSAE, including those set forth by international laws and conventions. Any violation by the Users of our CSAE policy and our Terms of Use will be strictly dealt with by Dadio and the consequences may include banning the erring user from the platform and reporting to law enforcement authorities and prosecution under applicable laws. Any content considered to be violating these terms will be removed.

Users that see any suspicious content or activity that violates these guidelines must report such content immediately by using in-app reporting available on the platform. We work with industry partners and other relevant organizations to report and address CSAE incidents and to combat CSAE. Dadio is committed to fostering a safe and respectful online space. We adhere to legal obligations and global initiatives to prevent online child exploitation. We extend our complete support and cooperation to the concerned agencies and law enforcement in the detection, prevention and elimination of CSAE/CSAM while continuing to enhance our policies, tools, and enforcement measures to prevent CSAE and protect children.
