Coffee with Kashish – Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Participation is open only to individuals who are legally competent to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws.

2. How to Participate

• To enter the contest, participants must purchase and send the “Mask Girl” gift to Kashish via the Dadio app.
• Each gift sent counts as a separate entry, and there is no limit to the number of times a participant can send the gift.
• The more times you send the “Mask Girl” gift, the higher your chances of being noticed and selected to talk to Kashish and possibly meet her.
• No other gift or activity qualifies as an entry for this contest.
• Contest Duration: The “Coffee with Kashish” contest will run from 1st August 2025 to 31st August 2025, both dates inclusive. Entries received outside this period will not be considered. The duration may be changed at the sole discretion of DTW Squad Pvt Ltd (Dadio)

3. Winner Interaction & Selection

• After sending the gift, qualifying participants may get a chance to talk to Kashish via voice on the Dadio app.
• The final winner will be personally selected by Kashish at her sole discretion, based on conversations and overall impression.
• Gift sending does not guarantee conversation, shortlisting, or selection for the meet-up. This is not a lottery or a paid guarantee.

4. Date & Venue

• The selected participant will be invited to meet Kashish for a coffee date in Delhi NCR at a venue and time to be decided by DTW Squad Pvt Ltd (Dadio) and Kashish.
• The winner must bear all costs related to travel, accommodation, meals, or any other expenses incurred to attend the meet-up.
• DTW Squad Pvt Ltd (Dadio) and Kashish will not be responsible for any risks, delays, or damages during the winner's travel or stay.

5. Code of Conduct

• Participants must behave in a respectful and appropriate manner throughout the contest and during any interactions with Kashish.
• Any abusive, harassing, vulgar, or inappropriate behaviour will lead to immediate disqualification, reporting, and possibly legal action as per applicable law.
• The coffee meet-up will be conducted in a safe, public, and professionally arranged setting. No private or unsupervised meetings will be entertained.

6. Publicity Release

• By participating, the winner agrees to grant DTW Squad Pvt Ltd (Dadio) the right to use their name, voice, image, and likeness for promotional or marketing purposes, without any further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• By participating in the contest, you expressly grant DTW Squad Pvt Ltd (Dadio) the irrevocable right and permission to record, photograph, and use your name, voice, image, likeness, and any interaction related to the contest for promotional, marketing, advertising, and commercial purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without any further notice, consent, or compensation.

7. Data Privacy

• Any personal data collected during the contest will be used in accordance with DTW Squad Pvt Ltd (Dadio)’s Privacy Policy, available in the app and on the official website.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

• Participation in this contest is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.
• DTW Squad Pvt Ltd (Dadio) shall not be responsible for any technical failures, including app crashes, gift delivery issues, or connectivity problems affecting participation.
• DTW Squad Pvt Ltd (Dadio) makes no guarantees regarding meeting Kashish beyond the scope of the contest and shall not be held liable for any emotional, physical, or financial loss incurred during or after the contest.
• This contest is a promotional activity, not a paid service, lottery, or guaranteed offer of meeting a public figure.
• By participating in this contest, the participant unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Contest Terms & Conditions, the General Terms of Use of the Dadio App, and Dadio’s Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.

9. Right to Modify or Cancel

• DTW Squad Pvt Ltd (Dadio) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest, or update these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
• Any updates will be posted within the app and on the official website.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

Important Note:

Sending the “Mask Girl” gift increases your visibility and chance to interact with Kashish, but does not guarantee a conversation or selection. The final decision rests solely with Kashish.
